  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  • Prepare the chicken. In a medium bowl, toss the bite-sized chicken pieces with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook the chicken. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until cooked through and no longer pink inside, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Make the garlic butter. While the chicken is cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  • Combine and melt the cheese. Pour the garlic butter over the cooked chicken in the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the chicken. Cover the skillet and cook until the cheese is melted and gooey, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Assemble the wraps. Warm the tortillas according to package directions. Place a generous scoop of the cheesy garlic chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla. Top with your favorite toppings.
  • Wrap and serve. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly. Serve immediately.
