  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 100 grams of breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 200 grams of cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, finely chopped onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently.
  • Add spices: salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Combine without overworking.
  • Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • While baking, heat cranberry sauce in a saucepan. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
  • Toss the baked meatballs in the heated sauce before serving.
