Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces of fettuccine or linguine
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 6 ounces of smoked salmon, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup of fresh dill, chopped
  • ½ cup of fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add in your fettuccine or linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve a cup of the cooking water for later, then drain the pasta and set it aside.
  • In the same pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Toss in the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until it becomes fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, followed by the lemon juice, stirring gently.
  • Add the smoked salmon and let it simmer just until warmed through, about 2–3 minutes. If the sauce feels too thick, drizzle in some of that reserved pasta water.
  • Fold in the cooked pasta, fresh dill, and parsley, tossing everything together. Season with salt and pepper to elevate the flavors.

Notes

A delicious and sophisticated creamy smoked salmon pasta dish, perfect for both casual weeknight dinners and elegant gatherings.
