  • 1 package (12 ounces) of chocolate melts (white or colored)
  • 1 cup of pastel sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup of coconut flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Crush the Oreos in a food processor until they’re fine crumbs.
  • Mix the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese in a bowl until fully combined.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Chill the cookie balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth.
  • Dip each chilled cookie ball into the melted chocolate, making sure it’s evenly coated.
  • Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle your chosen decorations on top.
  • Let the chocolate harden at room temperature or chill in the fridge to speed up the process.
