Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 ounces milk chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 ounces German sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) package peanut butter chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 cups dry roasted peanuts

Instructions

  • In your crockpot, add the milk chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, German sweet chocolate, peanut butter chips, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Give it a little stir to distribute everything somewhat evenly.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to prevent burning. The chocolate should be melted and smooth.
  • Once the chocolate is completely melted and smooth, stir in the peanuts until they are fully coated in the chocolate mixture.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the peanut mixture onto parchment paper or wax paper. Use a cookie scoop to keep them uniform.
  • Allow the peanut clusters to set completely at room temperature. This usually takes about 1-2 hours. You can speed up the process by placing them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • Once the clusters are set, peel them off the parchment paper and enjoy!
