Ingredients
Scale
24 ounces milk chocolate chips
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 ounces German sweet chocolate, chopped
1 (10 ounce) package peanut butter chips
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 cups dry roasted peanuts
Instructions
In your crockpot, add the milk chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, German sweet chocolate, peanut butter chips, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Give it a little stir to distribute everything somewhat evenly.
Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to prevent burning. The chocolate should be melted and smooth.
Once the chocolate is completely melted and smooth, stir in the peanuts until they are fully coated in the chocolate mixture.
Drop spoonfuls of the peanut mixture onto parchment paper or wax paper. Use a cookie scoop to keep them uniform.
Allow the peanut clusters to set completely at room temperature. This usually takes about 1-2 hours. You can speed up the process by placing them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Once the clusters are set, peel them off the parchment paper and enjoy!
