  • 1 and 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
  • 16 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup of eggnog
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground clove
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, sour cream, vanilla, and eggnog, mixing into a creamy batter.
  • Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing gently. Fold in spices.
  • Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes. The cheesecake should be set with a slight jiggle in the center.
  • Turn off the oven and crack the door, allowing the cheesecake to cool slowly.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least four hours, preferably overnight. Top with a dusting of cinnamon before serving.
