  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled (strong brew recommended)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1-2 tablespoons keto-friendly brown sugar substitute (such as Lakanto Golden or Swerve Brown)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: Whipped cream (keto-friendly)
  • Optional: cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions

  • Brew your coffee extra strong. I usually use a French press or a pour-over for the richest flavor. Let it cool completely; I often brew a batch the night before and store it in the fridge.
  • In a glass or shaker, combine the cooled coffee, almond milk, keto-friendly brown sugar substitute, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Shake or stir well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
  • Fill your glass with ice cubes. The more ice, the colder and more refreshing your iced coffee will be!
  • Pour the coffee mixture over the ice. Top with keto-friendly whipped cream and a cinnamon stick for garnish, if desired. Take a sip and enjoy that sweet, cinnamony goodness!
