Ingredients

  • 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup of unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups of powdered sugar
  • 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Mix the peanut butter and softened butter in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Blend in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until the mixture thickens.
  • Form small balls (about the size of a tablespoon) using your hands.
  • Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts, stirring in between.
  • Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off, and place back on parchment.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on each truffle before the chocolate sets.
  • Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
