  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Clean the mushrooms using a damp cloth and remove the stems.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant for about 1 minute.
  • Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted for a couple of minutes.
  • Combine the spinach mixture with cream cheese, Parmesan, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until creamy.
  • Fill each mushroom cap with the spinach mixture generously.
  • Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle olive oil on top.
