Ingredients

  • 12 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Green food coloring
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • Green sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Stir in the peppermint extract and a few drops of green food coloring until well combined.
  • Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  • In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 15-second intervals until smooth.
  • Drizzle the white chocolate over the dark chocolate and use a toothpick to create a swirl pattern.
  • Sprinkle green sprinkles over the top of the bark.
  • Refrigerate the bark for at least 1 hour or until set.
  • Once set, break the bark into pieces and enjoy!
