Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (12-count) package Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1 pound thinly sliced turkey breast
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese slices
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Using a large serrated knife, carefully slice the entire slab of Hawaiian sweet rolls horizontally, keeping the top and bottom sections intact.
  • Place the bottom half of the rolls in a baking dish (9×13 inch works perfectly). Layer the sliced turkey evenly over the rolls. Then, top with the Swiss cheese slices, making sure to cover the entire surface.
  • Carefully place the top half of the rolls back on top of the cheese. Gently press down to secure the layers.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and dried minced onion.
  • Slowly and evenly pour the butter mixture over the top of the rolls. Make sure to get it into all the cracks and crevices.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the sliders cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Serve warm and enjoy!
