Ingredients

  • 226 grams of cream cheese, softened
  • 200 grams of semisweet or white chocolate for coating
  • Optional: Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  • Crush the Oreos in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs.
  • Mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short intervals, stirring until creamy.
  • Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
  • Place the coated truffles back on the baking sheet and sprinkle decorations while the chocolate is still warm.
  • Allow the truffles to set at room temperature or in the refrigerator until firm.
