Instructions

  • Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth, cover, and let rest for 30 minutes.

  • Divide the rested dough into four pieces and roll out to about 1/16 inch thick.
  • Cut rolled dough into squares or circles, about 2-3 inches wide, and place a spoonful of filling in the center.
  • Brush edges with water, fold dough over filling to seal, ensuring no air pockets remain.
  • Bring salted water to a boil and cook the ravioli for 3-4 minutes until they float to the surface.
  • Remove with a slotted spoon and let drain.
