  • 1 bag (10 oz) mini pretzels
  • 1 bag (10.6 oz) Rolo candies, unwrapped
  • 1 bag (10-12 oz) white chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the mini pretzels in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Place one unwrapped Rolo candy on top of each pretzel.
  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven for 3-5 minutes, or until the Rolos are soft to the touch.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Immediately press a white chocolate chip into the top of each Rolo.
  • If using sprinkles, add them now while the white chocolate is still soft.
  • Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes, or until the white chocolate is completely set.
  • Carefully remove the White Chocolate Pretzel Rolo Bites from the baking sheet. They’re ready to enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
