Easy, cheesy, and utterly delicious homemade pizza rolls perfect for snacks, parties, or a fun weeknight treat.

  • 14-16 ounces Pizza Dough
  • 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • grated Parmesan cheese, (optional)
  • marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Roll your pizza dough into a rectangle approximately 10 x 14 inches.
  4. Evenly sprinkle the chopped pepperoni over the dough.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni.
  6. Starting with one of the long ends, carefully roll up the dough tightly into a log.
  7. Using a pizza cutter or a serrated knife, slice the dough log into 1-inch thick pieces.
  8. Place the sliced rolls onto your prepared baking sheet.
  9. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  10. Brush this butter mixture over the top of each pizza roll.
  11. Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until they are golden brown on top.
  12. Optionally, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese immediately after removing from the oven.
  13. Serve the Pizza Rolls warm with a side of warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Ensure your pizza dough is at room temperature for easier rolling.
Roll the dough tightly to create neat spirals and prevent fillings from escaping.
Don’t overcrowd your baking sheet; leave space between rolls for even cooking.
Warm the marinara sauce slightly for the best dipping experience.
