Easy and fudgy brownies made with a box mix, fresh raspberries, and a delightful raspberry jam swirl.

  • 1 box Brownie Mix + Ingredients on the Box
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Raspberry Jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to the temperature required for an 8×8 inch pan, as indicated on your brownie mix box.
  2. Spray an 8×8 inch baking pan with non-stick spray and set it aside.
  3. Prepare the boxed brownie mix according to the directions on the back of the box, combining all necessary ingredients.
  4. Gently stir 1 cup of fresh raspberries into the prepared brownie batter.
  5. Pour the raspberry brownie batter into the prepared 8×8 inch pan, spreading it evenly.
  6. Drop the 2 tablespoons of raspberry jam in small dollops over the top of the brownie batter.
  7. Using the end of a knife, gently swirl the jam into the batter to create a marbled effect.
  8. Press any additional raspberries you like into the top of the brownie batter for extra fruitiness.
  9. Bake the brownies according to the directions on the box for an 8×8 inch pan.
  10. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving.
